Reservation Policy

  • - To confirm the reservation, a 50% payment is required.
  • - Normal reservations have a 15-day cancellation policy and for packages the cancellation policy is 30 days.
  • - All children are welcome. 1 child under 6 years old will be accommodated free of charge when using existing beds. The second child should be counted as an adult.
- For tours booked in advance via the website, at a promotional rate, the cancellation policy is 60 days.
- For payments via credit card, this must be presented to reception upon the customer's arrival
