Inn information

• Sockets: The voltage in Jericoacoara, as well as throughout the Pousada, is 220 volts

• Reception: Open 24 hours a day. Dial 9 to talk to us.

•Breakfast: Served by 7 :30hrs to 10:30hrs . In-room breakfast service can be requested for a fee of R$20.00 per person.

• Swimming pool: Normally open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

• Bar: Open from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. -. All bar and minibar consumption is added to the room bill and paid at check out. Orders must be signed by the guest at the time of consumption. If you wish to consume alcoholic beverages not provided by the inn in the pool/bar area, you will be charged a corkage fee of R$30.00 per room, which entitles you to ice and glasses.

• Safe: Request the key at reception at no additional cost. If the key is lost or misplaced, a fee of R$15.00 will be charged.

• Cleaning and Do Not Disturb sign: If you do not want to be disturbed, place it on the “do not disturb” side, otherwise, our cleaning team will understand that the room must be cleaned. Cleaning hours are until 15:00hrs .

• Bath Towels: White, found in the bathroom and for exclusive use within the room. To change them, leave them on the floor.

• Beach or Pool Towels: There is a laundry cost of R$2.00. Pick up directly from reception.

• Check Out: Until 12:00pm . After this time, half a day will be charged. Please inform reception if there is a need for a late check-out or extension of stay so that availability can be checked.


• It is not permitted to remove products from the minibar (except water) to place outside products. Please use the available space.
• Non-guests are not permitted to access the hotel's surroundings.
• We request, please, the utmost care with objects belonging to the inn.
• Any damage or loss will be charged to the guest's account.
• Please do not place towels, clothes, etc... spread out on the apartment's balcony.
• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENTS
